It has been submitted that inadvertently in the order dated 18.10.2017 by which petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, details of complaint case i.e. Complaint Case No.1692 of 2010, has not been mentioned and only „Rajaun P.S. Case No.131 of 2012‟ has been mentioned.

In view of such, 2nd paragraph as well as last paragraph of the order dated 18.10.2017 is modified to the extent that in place of „Rajaun P.S. Case No.131 of 2012‟, it should be read as "Rajaun P.S. Case No.131 of 2012 arising out of Complaint Case No.1692 of 2010".

Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Rajaun P.S. Case No.131 of
