2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is entitled for pay revision with respect to financial upgradation on account of the 4th to 7th Pay Revision and the dearness allowance.

3. Learned counsel further informed that the basic pay of the petitioner, as per the 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th Pay Revision, has been calculated and the same is available in the office of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12274 of 2022(7) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 East Central Railway, Division, Mughalpur, District Mughalsarai (U.P.).

4. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detail representation with respect to the reliefs as sought for in the present writ petition, before the respondent no.2 [the General Manager (P), East Central Railway, Hajipur] and the respondent no.2 is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner in the light of data available in the office of East Central Railway, Division, Mughalpur, District Mughalsarai (U.P.) with respect to financial upgradation on account of 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th Pay Revision and other retiral dues as claimed by the petitioner must also be paid to the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six week from the date of filing of the representation.

5. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
