The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha O.P) P.S. Case No.316 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that complicity of the petitioner was found in course of investigation in a case under Section 392 of the IPC, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.
