The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Deo P.S. Case No.56 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner that she being a ward member had embezzled huge amount of money of the State Government which was to be utilized under the scheme, namely, 'Sat Nischay Yojna', I am not inclined to grant her pre-arrest bail.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail the
