2. Learned counsel for the Respondentcorporation submits that from perusal of Annexures- 8 and 9 of I..A. No. 9015 of 2017, it is apparent and admitted by the RespondentCorporation that upon revision the petitioner was placed in the minimum of class 3 post in the scale

Patna High Court CWJC No.969 of 2012 dt.18-11-2019 2/2 of 5200 to 20,200 and pension fixed accordingly.

3. Learned Senior counsel submits that the entitlement is confined to the minimum of revised scale. However, the entire monetary benefits have not been paid to the petitioner till date. If there is any monetary benefits wanting the petitioner may raise a grievance before the Authority for being paid the same, in view of the admissibility being admitted between the parties to the minimum of the Class 3 in the scale of 5200 to 20,200 no further adjudication is required in the instant proceedings.

4. The writ application is, accordingly, disposed off.
