17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner, in the present, case, is seeking Anticipatory Bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 254/2014 for the offences under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Rosera, Samastipur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner having sense that the court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner requested to withdraw this application.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
