This is the second attempt of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Earlier this Court has rejected the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner vide order dated 19.9.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40447 of 2017. This time, he has taken a plea mentioned in paragraph no.12 of the present application. This Court is not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from today, in failure to surrender,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69628 of 2018(3) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 the S.P., Jehanabad will secure his arrest and ensure his presence before the court below.
