JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Seikhpura (Sirari) Case No. 499 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 498(A), 354(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation under Section 498(A) of the I.P.C. Both parties have appeared in this case and it appears from the order dated 29.03.2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court that the parties are willing to resume their harmonious matrimonial life together and pray that the matter may be fixed to enable the parties to proceed together from the Court premises itself. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner could not reach, but he is about to reach and he is still ready to keep her with full dignity and care.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the court below along with the opposite party no.2 on 03.05.2019 and learned court below once satisfied with the marital relationship of the petitioner and opposite party no.2, he shall release the petitioner on provisional bail for a further period of four months to his own satisfaction and within that period, the learned court below will watch the conduct of both the parties by calling them in the first week of each month and once the learned court below is satisfied with the conduct of both the parties, he shall confirm the provisional bail of the petitioner otherwise, he is free to pass any order or orders as he deems fit and proper.
