Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 309 of 2021 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the accused persons assaulted the informant and his son and other family members.

The anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable. If the petitioners surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail, that shall be disposed of in the light of earlier decision of this Court as well as the Hon'ble Apex Court. With these observations, this criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
