The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the deceased alleged that his daughter was married to Pappu son of petitioners in the year 2013 but, her husband and another in-laws were subjecting her to physical and mental torture. The informant got information that his daughter was killed and her dead body was hurriedly cremated or thrown in the river Ganges.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34390 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 The marriage was solemnized in the year 2013. The deceased died her natural death and her dead body was cremated in presence of her parents but her parents did not raise any objection nor complained about any ill-treatment at the hands of the petitioners. Similarly situated co-accused persons who were brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law of the deceased have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21348 of 2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) KKSINHA/- U T
