====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 283, 147, 148, 149, 341, 325, 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent. Allegation against the petitioners is of pelting stones on the police personnel causing injury to the informant when the police had gone to the village to verify with regard to an information that an electric pole was dashed by a sand loaded tractor. It is alleged that the said accident was done by the tractor of Gorelal Yadav who had

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and there is no specific allegation against any of the petitioners. The allegation is general and omnibus in nature and similarly situated other coaccused have been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 12.05.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 53142 of 2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the fact that similarly situated other coaccused have been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 09 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
