2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 342, 323, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the DP Act.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that earlier the marriage of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner and the petitioner along with co-accused used to torture the informant mentally and physically due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is husband of the informant due to which he has

It is also submitted vide para 10 of the petition that the informant was not at her matrimonial house so there is no question raised to assault her and her children. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 28.5.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody period, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Begusarai.
