JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-08-2022 When the matter was called out on 01.08.2022, on the request of learned counsel for the petitioners, the following order was passed:- "The F.I.R. in this case is of the year 2012. Learned counsel for the petitioners is not aware of the present stage of the case. A prayer for adjournment has been made to find out the present stage of the case.

No one appears for the State or the respondent nos. 16 & 17.

Considering that the case is about 10 years old, this Court is not inclined to grant longer date. List this matter on Thursday i.e. 4th August, 2022 under the same heading maintaining it's position. Learned counsel for the petitioners may find out the present stage of the case and shall apprise this Court.

No further adjournment shall be granted."

Today, when the matter has been called out, no one appears for the petitioners to press this application. Mr. Gopal Krishna, learned AC to GA 7 for the

Since no one appears for the petitioners and this Court has noticed that the FIR in this case was lodged in the year 2012 and by this time, the case must have proceeded, the Court has reason to believe that the petitioners have lost their interest in the present case.
