2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of writ of mandamus seeking direction upon the respondents' particularly Respondent No. 6 to issue the original certificate/documents withheld illegally to allow the Petitioner to pursue further studies.

(ii) For issuance of writ of mandamus to the Respondent Authorities for adhering the direction of the National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences in reference to the candidates allotted by the National Education Board to the Medical

Patna High Court CWJC No.10663 of 2024(2) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 Colleges in the State of Bihar in regard to the conditions for admission in Post MBBS DNB Course and Post Diploma DNB Course.

(iii) For issuance of writ or mandamus directing the Respondent Authority particularly Respondent No. 5 and 6 to pay the remaining stipend to the Petitioner in terms of the Memo dated 08.01.2021 and Memo dated 29.11.2023 issued under the direction of the Respondent No. 2.

(iv) For issuance of any other relief/reliefs and order/orders or direction of which the petitioner may entitle for and your Lordships may deem fit and proper."

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.2 (The Additional Chief Secretary, Health Department, Bihar, Patna) along with all supporting documents on 12.08.2024 and the respondent no. 2 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law before 14.08.2024.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
