Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that a pistol and live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2019 and he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Yogapatti Police Station Case No.
