JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts that the claim of Rs. 3,98,344/- which had been deducted from the bill dated 28.07.2008 has since been paid to it, but however without any interest.
2. In the above view of the matter, therefore, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek remedy as may be available to it in accordance with law with regard to the claim for interest.
