The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 02.07.2018 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 31160 of 2018 on merit. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that after passing of the order one of the accused has been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 30.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 46245 of 2018. This Court finds that earlier prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected on merit. This Court does not find any new
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74574 of 2018(5) dt.11-02-2019 2/2 material for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner. Therefore, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands again rejected.
Petitioner may surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from date of receipt of this order and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of by the Court below, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by the present order.
