2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S Case No. 160 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 309 (4) of B.N.S.
3. As per First Information Report, some unknown persons snatched the motorcycle and mobile phone of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioners are not named in FIR. It is also submitted that petitioners are in judicial custody since
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46961 of 2025(3) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 02.04.2025. Learned counsel further submitted that co-accused has already granted bail by the trial Court.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order, it appears that name of the petitioners surfaced from the confessional statement of the co-accused. Co-accused has already granted bail by the trial Court as submitted by the learned counsel.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Jhanjarpur, Madhubani in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S Case No. 160 of 2024.
