The petitioners are in custody since 21.05.2022 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47418 of 2022(3) dt.25-01-2023 2/2 11.05.2022 in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 81 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 read with Section 34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The assailant of the deceased is Renjeet Paswan. There is general and omnibus allegations against the other petitioners. Considering the aforesaid fact, the application of Ranjeet Paswan is dismissed.

Considering the fact that the other petitioners are not the assailant of the deceased, their prayer for bail is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail (except Ranjeet Paswan) on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S.
