2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gidha P.S. Case No. 51 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 385, 386 & 34 of IPC.
3. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant on his head with iron rod.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. Though there is an allegation of inflicting assault on the head of the informant at the hands of the petitioner, but there is no corresponding injury to it. There is no other similar case against the petitioner.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Gidha P.S. Case No. 51 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
