The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 120 of 2019 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. Further submission is that the present first information report has been lodged only on the basis of confessional statement given by the co-accused and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4328 of 2021(4) dt.21-01-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitarmarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 120 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
