JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No.144 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The daughter of the present petitioner was also in the fray of election of Ward Councilor. The informant along with associates had gone to booth nos. 2, 3 and 4 for inspection. Allegation has been made that when they came out from the booth the petitioner has misbehaved and torn the garments of the ladies.

As the petitioner is carrying criminal history, this
