The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 147, 148, 149, 427, 302, 307, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 28.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 56474 of 2021. The Court, for the present, is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, thus, it is rejected in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 28 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Aurangabad/successor Court.

The petitioner has liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
