Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the supplementary show-cause is in the process, but he is making statement at the bar that the petitioner has been paid arrears w.e.f. 01.07.2013, in compliance of the direction issued by the writ Court.

If that is the fact, then there is no question to proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, the present application stands

In the event, the statement is found to be incorrect and payment of arrears have not been made w.e.f. 01.07.2013, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to file affidavit for revival of the present application.
