JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i) To cancel the selection/ appointment of respondent no. 8 as Anganbari Sevika of Anganbari Centre of Basudhar village - code no. 140 under Buxar district administration.

ii) To take administrative action against the respondent no. 7 who has selected and appointed respondent no. 8

Patna High Court CWJC No.23018 of 2013(2) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 namely Chhaya Devi on the post of Anganbari Sevika in a very haste manner without following the prescribed Rules, procedure and guidelines for recruitment of Anganbari Sevika in Bihar.

iii) To start afresh procedure for appointment of Anganbari Sevika with approval of Aam Sabha of the Panchayat following the guidelines for the same and consider the case of the petitioner for selection of the said post."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Programme Officer, Buxar for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
