Having regard to the fact that the admitted payment has already been made by the respondents in respect of the claim of the petitioner for the work done way back in the year 1999, the rest of the grievance of the petitioner that certain amount was wrongly deducted by the Liability Committee without affording an opportunity of hearing literally will amount to entering into the disputed zone with regard to an un-admitted claim. For that the petitioner will have the remedy only before the competent civil
Patna High Court CWJC No.1918 of 2009 (3) dt.12-01-2015 court and/or in an arbitration proceeding.
This writ application after payment of the admitted amount of the claim in the year 2010 had definitely become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
