JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has filed a show cause stating therein that the order of this Court dated 16.08.2010 has been complied with by passing of the necessary orders by the Deputy Director, Consolidation Department, Patna dated 24.12.2014.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said order is not in accordance with the order of this Court and the Deputy Director, Consolidation has prepared a map afresh.
Patna High Court MJC No.2254 of 2015 (5) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 In view of the rival contentions of the parties, I find that by passing of the order dated 24.12.2014, the order of this Court stands complied, however in view of the objection being raised by the petitioner herein, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the validity of the order dated 24.12.2014 in appropriate proceedings.
The contempt petition is disposed of.
