Petitioners are in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 475 of 2019 under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 93 liters of Nepali wine was seized from the possession of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 12.6.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal
