JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 21-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Informant and learned APP for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 385, 387, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assault upon the informant by means of hockey sticks and iron rod by the accused persons including the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State after perusing the case diary has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58142 of 2021(4) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 submitted that there are six injuries sustained by the informant out of them injury no.1 and 2 are on the vital parts of the body and no.4 is a fracture in foot and there is repeated blow by the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
