2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 406 of 2022, registered for offence punishable under sections 457, 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per FIR, on 14.09.2022 at about 1:00 A.M. (night), when the informant was sleeping, she heard some sounds and found that 4-5 persons had entered into her house to commit theft. When she cried, all the miscreants succeeded in fleeing away except one who disclosed his name as Ravi Bhushan @ Niraj Sharma. They have stolen a gold chain, a silver bowl and other precious articles of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not arrested at the spot, nothing was recovered from his possession and his name has figured in confessional statement of co-accused.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 406 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
