Case No. 02 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against these petitioners and others is that they were involved in committing dacoity.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. He further submits that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 25.03.2019.
