JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 25-10-2018 A grievance which has been voiced in the present contempt application is non-compliance of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court, dated 24.08.2015, in C.W.J.C. No. 8399 of 2015, by which the Division Bench directed the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara to ensure that the F.I.R. instituted, with reference to the illegal mining, as alleged, is brought to its logical end as expeditiously as possible.
Patna High Court MJC No.2720 of 2015(3) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 In the show-cause filed on behalf of the respondents, it is stated that in the earlier F.I.R., the final report has been submitted and even one another subsequent F.I.R. has been lodged.
Under the circumstances, it cannot be said that there is non-compliance of the direction issued by the Division Bench, of which the contempt is alleged. Hence, the present contempt application stands dismissed.
