2. The instant writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to make payment of salary from 08.02.2012 to 11.12.2013.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents with reference to para 12 of the counter affidavit submits that the petitioner has already been paid salary. Para 12 of the counter affidavit is quoted herein below: "12. That in the wake of the situation as mentioned above, the deponent passed the order of release of arrear of payment as contained in memo no. 219 dated 24.06.2015."

4. Considering the stand taken by the respondents, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that if he has any grievance with regard to the calculation and any of the grievance has not been addressed as yet, he may approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance. In the event, such representation is filed by the petitioner along with a copy of this order, the concerned authority will pass reasoned and speaking order on the representation of the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
