2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the selection of private respondent no. 10 on the post of Aanganwari Sevika on the ground that she does not hail from the relevant/concerned ward for her to be selected. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.15603 of 2019 dt.19-08-2019 2/3 appointment to such post was made for Ward No. 4 but private respondent no. 10 hails from Ward No. 3.

3. The aforesaid contention was made by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Nawada immediately after her selection but no action has been taken in this regard as yet.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh complaint before the Child Development Programme Officer, Nardiganj, Nawada (respondent no. 6). Should such a complaint be filed within a period of two weeks from today, the CDPO shall look into the matter, verify the facts and if possible hear the parties and shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of thirty days from the receipt of the complaint as mandated under the new guidelines of 2019.

5. If the petitioner would not be satisfied with the order passed by the CDPO referred to above, she would have an optiion of challenging such order before the District Programme Officer, Nawada who is the second

Patna High Court CWJC No.15603 of 2019 dt.19-08-2019 3/3 appellate authority under the rules. Thereafter, the petitioner has forum of revision before the concerned Divisional Commissioner.

6. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
