2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for extension of time as granted by the Hon'ble Court whereby this Court had extended four further weeks time its order dated 17.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36953 of 2024 but the petitioner no.13 in that case (petitioner herein) could not comply with the order of the Hon'ble Court due to pre-occupied with his work out of the State and hence could not reach this Hon'ble Court as he had also no knowledge about the said order and when got

3. The anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was allowed on 12.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 13492 of 2024. He was required to surrender in four weeks and seek bail.

4. The petitioner choose his own time and later preferred modification petition vide Cr. Misc. No. 36953 of 2024 which was taken up on 17.05.2024 and once again while modifying one of the condition, further four weeks was granted.

5. One year later, second modification petition has been filed stating that he was in Punjab and as such, could not surrender.

6. It would be better that he stays in Punjab, the repeated modification petition cannot be allowed, accordingly rejected.
