2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 93 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-387, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-25(1-B)a of the Arms Act.

3. The prosecution case in short is that he received calls from two mobile numbers by which, extortion money is said to have been demanded and further, he received a letter with a bullet in which, again ransom was demanded and threat was given.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name transpired in confessional

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner named above, is directed to furnish bail bond in the court below after framing of charge and if the petitioner does so, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 93 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
