The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 17666 of 2019, which is evident from Annexure-2, and the case of this petitioner stands of similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 02.03.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018.
