Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 79 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 420, 406, 408 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Panchayat Secretary and he has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.06.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
