The matter has been taken up through video conferencing. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with two other unknown accused persons are alleged to have caused gun shot injury on the right cheek of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case due to land dispute and Title Suit No. 859/2014 is going on with petitioner's family and informant in Civil Court, Siwan. It is next submitted that as per FIR three persons are said to have fired but only one gunshot injury has been found by doctor. Petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2020 and investigation in

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj PS case No.330/2019.
