Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 449 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties vide Annexure-3 to the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
