JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 11-07-2019 The petitioner, who had applied for being appointed as ANM against an advertisement which was issued on 17.02.2016, is aggrieved by non-inclusion of her name in the list of the selected candidates.
2. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she participated in the selection process
Patna High Court CWJC No.13706 of 2019 dt.11-07-2019 2/3 and has received more marks than the cut-off marks of the category from which she hails. On not finding her name in the merit list, she enquired through RTI and was informed that she has not at all been marked for the experience that she has gained. It appears to the petitioner that because of the experience certificate not containing necessary particulars, the petitioner has not been marked for her experience.
3. A representation has been filed by the petitioner before the Secretary, Bihar Staff Selection Commission on 09.11.2018 which, till date has not been responded to or disposed of.
4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Secretary, Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna (respondent No. 5) within a period of two weeks from today, who, on receipt of the same shall look into the entire set of facts and pass orders in accordance with law within a
Patna High Court CWJC No.13706 of 2019 dt.11-07-2019 3/3 further period of four weeks thereafter.
5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
