Case No. 141/18, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 3123, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and others is of assault to the sons of informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed to them. Further, there is case and counter case between the parties and both the sides have sustained injuries in the scuffle. Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Barun P.S.
