Petitioner is accused in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 440 of 2020 registered under Sections 498(A)/406 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
