1. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.05.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30924 of 2023.

2. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently at the time of filing of Cr. Misc. No. 30924 of 2023, petitioner, in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition, could not mention three other criminal antecedents. In fact, there are six criminal antecedents of the petitioner but only three criminal antecedents were mentioned in the petition. Hence, in the order dated 19.05.2023, there is mention of only three criminal antecedents.

3. He further submits that, one of the conditions of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57472 of 2023(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 bail granted to the petitioner was that :

"In case, it is brought to the notice of the court below that the petitioner has criminal antecedents other than the disclosed one, Ld. court below shall cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner after hearing him and getting satisfied that the petitioner has concealed his criminal antecedents despite his knowledge of the same."

4. Accordingly, the number of criminal antecedents as mentioned in the order dated 19.05.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30924 of 2023 stands modified to the extent that the petitioner has six criminal antecedents.

5. This order will be integral part of order dated 19.05.2023 and now the court below is directed to entertain bails bonds of the petitioner after one month from the date of this order.

6. The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
