The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 478 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner has filed Matrimonial Case, as contained in Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit. It is also submitted that son of the petitioner is living with his father (petitioner), as stated in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4919 of 2021(3) dt.03-01-2022 2/2 paragraph no. 4 of the supplementary affidavit. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 478 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
