2. This is second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier, the petition, filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner, stood rejected, vide order dated 07.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53008 of 2022 .

3 . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has renewed the prayer for bail on the ground that during departmental proceeding, informant of the case denied the prosecution case and stated that no irregularities were found . Statement of informant in departmental proceeding will not have any bearing or impact in criminal case .

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail of the petitioner and submits that earlier the bail of petitioner was rejected by detailed and reasoned order This present bail application does not reveal any change of circumstances or new

State of Tamil Nadu and Anrs reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, whereby and whereunder, the second anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is not maintainable . 5 . In view of the recent aforesaid judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court (Supra), the second anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
