1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 263 of 2022 dated 18.06.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner are that the petitioner is neighbour of the husband of the deceased and as per allegation he simply assisted the main co-accused in disposing of the dead body, except this there is no any other allegation against him and the main allegation of committing murder of the victim is against other co-accused persons. Further submissions are that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and he has been

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the bail prayer.

5. Considering the above submissions and mainly taking into account the circumstances pointed out by the petitioner's counsel which go in favour of the petitioner's prayer, in my opinion, it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 263 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
