13. 23-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 8.

In this case, number of show causes have been filed on behalf of opposite parties, even opposite party no. 4, by way of filing supplementary show cause, has brought on record an order dated 12-12-2014 passed by the District Programme Officer

Patna High Court MJC No.3480 of 2013 (13) dt.23-01-2015 2/2 (Establishment), Jehanabad.

Learned State counsel submits that in compliance with the order of the writ court, all grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed and even reasoned order has also been passed.

In view of the facts and circumstances, I do not find any ground to proceed with the matter.

The petition stands disposed of.
