This application is filed for Modification of order dated 18.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8473 of 2017.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted Anticipatory Bail on 18.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8473 of 2017 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks pending in the Court of C.J.M, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 161 of 2016, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time. In such view of the matter, the time to surrender of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46175 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 petitioner as per order dated 18.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8473 of 2017 is further extended by four weeks from today in connection with aforesaid case, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the 18.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8473 of 2017 is modified to the above extent.
