This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 127 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 323, 342, 354, 386, 406, 420 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the parties have settled their dispute by process of mediation vide Mediation Proceeding No. 876 of 2017 before the Patna High Court Mediation & Reconciliation Centre, Patna. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail.
